SACRED WISDOM RETREAT

A 7-Day Journey to Reconnection

Wisdom Forest’s Unique Retreat offers a transformative journey, blending Bhakti Yoga and Ayurveda with immersive spiritual practices. Held on various dates throughout the year, our Sacred Wisdom Retreat is an exclusive opportunity to reconnect with your true self through mantra meditation, Ayurvedic teachings, and enriching experiences that will bring clarity, healing, and balance.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll embark on four adventurous waterfall excursions, explore the tropical rainforest, and learn about native plants. You’ll also experience a hands-on chocolate-making workshop and engage in community service with local Kichwa children. Plus, immerse yourself in a sweat lodge ceremony, purifying both body and spirit.

While plant medicines may open doors to new insights, these mystical paths lead to profound personal transformation. By working with time-tested practices, you’ll untangle limiting patterns and experience lasting inner clarity that can be integrated into your everyday life. Learn ancient teachings that have guided spiritual seekers for millennia, and gain tools that will empower you beyond the retreat.

A Typical Day

Days begin with a sacred Japa meditation before the sun rises, where the soothing rhythm of sacred sounds gently quiets the mind, opening the heart and inviting stillness. As the first light touches the earth, we immerse ourselves in the sacred vibrations of mantra and medicine music, creating a shared sense of peace and connection. We then explore ancient yogic insights on connection, presence, and inner harmony, guiding you toward a deeper understanding of the self.

Mornings continue with yoga practice, where the body and mind align through asanas and pranayamas, followed by a deep Shavasana with sound therapy to restore balance and rejuvenate the spirit.

A nourishing superfood breakfast awaits, crafted with vibrant ingredients from South America, designed to energize and revitalize the body and mind. Late mornings are dedicated to the Essence of Ayurveda, where you will learn how to cultivate balance and clarity in daily life. Before lunch, we experience the rhythms of Amazonian life through Sacred Roots, connecting with native plants, traditional foods, and natural practices that reflect harmony with the land.

After a balanced Ayurvedic lunch, afternoons will alternate between adventures to explore wild waterfalls and rivers, or engaging in hands-on workshops like chocolate making and traditional handicrafts. In the evening, we gather for a nourishing dinner, prepared with fresh, local ingredients to restore balance and prepare the body and mind for rest.

The day closes with quiet reflection, allowing the body and mind to settle in peaceful rest, grounded and ready for another day of learning, growth, and discovery.
